KKU 655P National Coal Board Mines Rescue Atkinson Borderer with Rolls Royce engine. After seeing many years of active service, the vehicle was restored and is now in preservation and is displayed around the country. Different trailers can be attached, such as an emergency winder or low loader vehicle carrier.
Northumberland Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority
Northumberland Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority fisheries patrol vessel St Aidan. Costing £700k and first launched in August 2015, the boat is a 16m long catamaran. It is used for fisheries enforcement, environmental studies and seabed surveying. It covers six miles into the North Sea from the border with Scotland at Berwick to its base is at the mouth of the River Tyne at North Shields.

Here firefighters attend to a bus fire. The fire started in the (rear) engine bay of an electric bus. After the initial fire was extinguished, damping down continued. A recovery truck was sued to lift the rear so firefighters could continue to spray water onto the underside of the engine bay.
All passengers were quickly evacuated from the bus by the quick-thinking driver and nobody was injured.

LB59 OYS Kew Constabulary Honda Accord. This car has a simple livery of green checkers over the silver bodywork. It is a low profile vehicle to fit in with the tranquil Kew Gardens in South West London. It is not fitted with any emergency warning equipment and is the only vehicle operated by the small historic constabulary that looks after the 300 acre gardens. Kew is part of the Government’s Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).
